How does the 7-day free trial work?
Academy plans start with 7 days of full access — courses, tools, arcade, library, the AI Coach — before anything is charged. No card is needed to start. Before day 8 we ask you to add one to keep going — if you don't, access just ends and you pay $0.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is self-serve and takes two clicks from your account — no phone calls, no emails, no retention games. You keep access through the period you've paid for.
Who is the Academy for?
Serious players from youth through college-bound — hitters, pitchers, and two-way players. Parents use it to guide development at home, and coaches use the paths and documents with their rosters.
What devices does it work on?
Phone, tablet, or computer — anything with a modern browser. No app store, no installs. One membership covers three devices — enough for a phone, a tablet and a laptop in one family.
Are these private lessons?
The membership is the system that makes every lesson and practice count — the full self-paced curriculum, the training tools, the AI Coach, and messages to Coach Christian. In-person lessons and lesson packs are sold separately, above. Many members use both; many use the Academy as the plan itself.
What's the difference between Academy and Academy Coached?
Academy is the full system plus the AI Coach and 2 written messages to Coach Christian a month. Coached adds Coach Christian's eyes: 2 video reviews a month, unlimited messages with 24-hour replies, a monthly group call, and the premium AI Coach model. Pro and Elite add live 1:1 calls and open in small groups from the waitlist.
How do the lesson packs work?
Buy a pack, and Coach Christian emails you within one business day to schedule. Lessons are 60 minutes, one on one, for one player. Packs are good for 6 months. The bonus Academy months start on your first lesson and end on their own — nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.
Does new content get added?
Yes. New Library documents drop monthly, and new courses are added to the membership as they're built — at no extra cost.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
