Terms of Service
The short version. $29 a month or $290 a year after a 7-day free trial. Your card is charged on day 8 unless you cancel first. Cancel any time in two clicks and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out. One membership, one family, three devices. The courses are ours — don't copy or resell them. Training carries injury risk: this is coaching information, not medical advice.
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms are an agreement between you and CCC Athletic Development LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, doing business as Athletix Baseball Academy ("Athletix", "we", "us"). They cover athletixbaseball.com, the Member Hub, the Clinic Console, and everything on them.
By creating an account or paying for a membership, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. What the membership is
A self-paced online player-development system: structured baseball courses, interactive training tools, the Skills Arcade and Game Lab, a document library, progress tracking, and a direct message line to Coach Christian.
It is not private lessons, it is not a substitute for in-person coaching, and it does not guarantee any particular result on the field. New courses and documents are added over time; features may change or be retired as the product develops.
3. Your account
- You must give a real name and a working email address.
- If the player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and hold the account and is responsible for it, including payment.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
4. One membership, one family, three devices
A membership is for you and your household. It covers three signed-in devices — enough for a phone, a tablet and a laptop. You can remove a device you no longer use from your account at any time and sign in on a new one.
Sharing your login outside your household, or running a team, roster, or facility on a single personal membership, is not permitted. If you coach a group, the Clinic Console is the product built for that.
5. Free trial, price, and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
6. Cancelling, and refunds
Cancel from your account at any time — two clicks, self-serve, no phone call and no retention questions. When you cancel:
- you keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for;
- you are not charged again;
- your progress is kept in case you come back.
Refunds. Because the 7-day trial gives full access before any charge, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and partial periods are not pro-rated. If you were charged in error, or something on our side stopped you using what you paid for, email us — we will make it right rather than argue about it.
6a. Lesson packages and one-time services
Private lessons, lesson packages, video analyses, video lessons, custom plans, consults and evaluations are sold separately from the membership, as one-time purchases through Stripe.
- Lesson packages (6, 8 or 10 lessons) are for one player and cannot be shared. Unused lessons expire 6 months after purchase.
- Cancelling a lesson: give 24 hours' notice or the lesson counts as used. If Coach Christian cancels, the lesson is never counted.
- Refunds on packages: lessons already taken are not refunded. Unused lessons are refunded at the package price minus one lesson at the single-lesson rate.
- Bonus membership months included with a package start on the date of the first lesson and end automatically; nothing is charged when they end unless you choose to continue.
- Video analyses, video lessons, custom plans, consults and evaluations are delivered by email or on a scheduled video call. A video-analysis 3-pack must be used within 90 days. Once a written analysis or plan has been delivered it is not refundable; a scheduled call can be moved once with 24 hours' notice.
- Member pricing on one-time services applies while an Academy or Coached membership is active.
7. What you may and may not do with the material
The courses, drills, quizzes, tools, documents, text, graphics and code are owned by Athletix and are licensed to you, not sold.
You may use everything for your own training, or your own child's training, and print the library documents for that purpose.
You may not copy, republish, upload, resell, or redistribute the material; use it to build or train a competing product or an AI model; run a team, clinic or facility programme on a personal membership; scrape or bulk-download the content; or share your login.
Anything you type in — your notes, your numbers, your questions — stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the service can work.
8. The coach line and the AI assistant
Messages to the coach are answered by a real person. Some answers are drafted by an AI assistant first and reviewed before they reach you. Response times are best-effort, not guaranteed, and the coach line is for training questions — not for emergencies, injuries, or anything medical.
9. Health, safety and injury — read this one
Baseball training involves physical exertion and a real risk of injury, including serious injury to the elbow, shoulder and lower body.
Everything in Athletix is general coaching and educational information. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not tailored to any individual's health, medical history, or current physical condition. Athletix is not a medical provider and Christian Cocokios is not acting as one.
Talk to a doctor or a qualified medical professional before starting any training programme, and stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, numbness, or anything that is not normal fatigue. Never train through arm pain. This includes vision and tracking work: if a hitter reports blurred or double vision, headaches, or eye strain that lasts after a session, stop and see a licensed medical or eye-care professional before continuing.
Any workload guidance, arm-care guidance, or biomechanics discussion in the courses is educational and general. It cannot see you, and it does not replace an in-person evaluation. You train at your own risk, and if the player is a minor, at the risk accepted by their parent or guardian.
10. No guarantee of results
We do not promise added bat speed, added velocity, playing time, a roster spot, a scholarship, or any other outcome. What you get out of the system depends on your work, your coaching, your body and your circumstances.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take it down for maintenance, and features may be added, changed or removed. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will give members notice and stop billing.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that shares logins, redistributes the material, abuses the coach line, attacks or probes the service, or breaks these Terms. Where it is fair to do so, we will warn you first. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
You can close your account at any time by cancelling and emailing us to delete your data.
13. Facilities and clinics
The Clinic Console is sold separately to facilities under its own written agreement, which governs athlete data, coach seats, branding, pricing and data export. Nothing on the consumer pages changes that agreement, and a personal membership does not grant Console access.
14. Disclaimers and limit of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Athletix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, email christian@athletixbaseball.com. Nearly everything can be sorted out directly, and we would rather fix a problem than fight about one.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change, and for a material change we will email members before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new Terms.
17. The rest
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service. You may not transfer your account to someone else; we may transfer these Terms if the business is sold.
