Privacy Policy
The short version. We collect your name, your email, and what you do inside the Academy so the system can track your training. Payments go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell your information to anyone. You can delete your account and your data at any time by emailing us.
1. Who we are
Athletix Baseball Academy is operated by CCC Athletic Development LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company doing business as Athletix Baseball Academy ("Athletix", "we", "us"). This policy covers athletixbaseball.com and the Member Hub and Clinic Console that run on it.

2. What we collect

| Training activity | Courses opened, modules completed, quiz answers and scores, streaks, badges, and any numbers you enter yourself (bat speed, exit velocity and similar). This is the product — without it the system cannot tell you what comes next. |
| Device records | A membership covers three devices. We keep a short identifier for each browser that signs in so the limit can be enforced and so you can remove a device you no longer use. |
| Messages you send the coach | Your question and your name, so a real answer can come back to you. |
| Error reports | If a page breaks, the browser sends us the technical details of the failure so we can fix it. |
What we do not collect
- Your card number. Checkout happens on Stripe's own pages. Card details never touch our servers and we never see them.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking data. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no ad network on this site. The browser is technically prevented from contacting them by our content security policy.
- Video or audio of you, unless a future feature asks for it and you choose to upload it.
3. Players under 18, and players under 13
The Academy is built for baseball players from youth through college-bound, so some of our members are minors.
- Under 18: an account should be created and paid for by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account.
- Under 13: we do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13 without a parent or guardian setting up and controlling the account. If you believe a child under 13 has an account that a parent did not set up, email christian@athletixbaseball.com and we will delete it and its data.
A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about their child at any time, using the same email address.
4. How we use what we collect
- To give you access to the courses, tools, Skills Arcade and Game Lab.
- To remember where you are in the program and decide what to show you next.
- To take payment, start and end trials, and handle cancellations.
- To answer you when you message the coach.
- To keep the service working, secure, and fail-closed when something goes wrong.
- To send account and service emails. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
5. Who else sees your information
We use a small number of companies to run the service. Each one gets only what it needs, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We will only hand information to anyone else if the law requires it, or if you ask us to.
6. The AI coach assistant
Some answers inside the hub are drafted by an AI language model before a coach reviews them. When you use that feature, the text of your question is sent to that model to produce an answer. Do not put medical details, payment details, or anything you would not want written down into a coaching question.
Course recommendations and drills come from Athletix's own library. The assistant does not invent drills, and it does not replace your coach's judgment or a doctor's.
7. Cookies and what is stored in your browser
We use browser storage for two things only:
- Signing you in. A cookie holds your session so you are not asked to log in on every page. Removing it signs you out.
- Your progress. Your place in a course, your streak, and similar are kept in your browser and synced to your account so they follow you between devices.
There are no advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through. Clearing your browser data will sign you out and clear the local copy of your progress; the copy saved to your account is unaffected.
8. How long we keep it
- While your account is open: for as long as you are a member.
- After you cancel: we keep your account and progress so you can come back without losing anything. Ask us to delete it and we will.
- If you ask for deletion: your account and training data are deleted within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Error reports: automatically discarded on our provider's normal schedule.
9. Your choices
Email christian@athletixbaseball.com from the address on your account and we will:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- send you a copy of your data;
- delete your account and its data.
You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from your account — two clicks, no phone call, no retention script. Cancelling and deleting are separate: cancelling stops the billing, deleting removes the data.
10. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Member areas are fail-closed — if the system cannot confirm who you are, it locks rather than guessing. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe.
No system is perfect. If we ever discover a breach that affects your information, we will tell affected members directly and promptly.
11. Where your data is held
Athletix operates from the United States and our providers store data on servers in the United States. If you use the service from outside the US, your information will be processed there.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change something that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for a material change, email members before it takes effect.
